1. Contact Trendy Girlz for your date
Trendy Girlz is available for parties on weekdays or weekends, days or evenings.
We've found for some people days are better, while for others its the night. And
although we all like to keep the weekends free, a day party or evening get together is always a possibility.
To ensure your invited guests have enough time to plan on attending, we recommend booking two to three weeks out.

Timing:
Generally, parties last two hours.
To best prepare the purses for viewing, we will arrive 30 minutes before the party begins
and will leave within 30 minutes after the party ends.
Food and Beverages
It’s been our experience that our shows tend to keep everyone well entertained,
so a small amount of food or drink is generally more than adequate, but this depends, of course,
on how many people you expect to attend.
House Preparation
No Preparation! Everything can be done when we get to your home.
Typically, a dining room table and a side table or two will be enough space to setup on.
We bring our own cover sheets which not only help show off the product, but it also protects your furniture.
If necessary, we hope you’ll allow us to arrange furniture to maximize the flow and viewing area of the room.
And don't worry about the work, we'll put everything back the way it was.
2. E-mail a personalized invitation to your friends and family
To make the best use of everyone's time, we must have at least 20 people attend a party. Using the old
rule from a wedding invitation that 75% of people accept, this means, around 27 invitations need to go out.
First Wave
Within 24 hours of selecting the paty date and time, we will send you a customized invitation in an e-mail
for you to send out to your e-mail list.
Second Wave
Then, the week of the party, we'll send you a reminder invitiation to go out again. Of course, you will have had
several conversations with your friends and family by this time, they will have seen the website and
excitement will be brewing!
3. Bring a smile to the party and get great gifts
(okay, this is two things, but they are closely related)
We found a party’s success is directly related to your generating excitement about Trendy Girz! This is
absolutely the case!
Enthusiasm is contagious (which brings us to our favorite part of the show):
As hostess, you have the opportunity to earn free Trendy Girlz merchandise!
Here’s how it works:
• If sales are $500 or less, you’ll receive 5% of sales in Trendy Girlz merchandise and 25% off 1 Trendy Girlz handbag.
• If sales are between $500- $999, you’ll receive 7% of sales in Trendy Girlz merchandise and 50% off 1 Trendy Girlz handbag.
• If sales reach over $1,000, you’ll receive 10% of sales in Trendy Girlz and 50% off 2 Trendy Girlz handbags.
• Plus, you will receive 10% off any item you buy at any spin-off parties.
